Our Founder and CEO, James, works with high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees across the globe. He is the traveller of the team, meaning in his spare time he is most likely to be on a plane.

Having previously worked for Deloitte, EY and a private family office, James established Sanctoras as a breath of fresh air in tax and private office advisory.

He wants to deliver a different kind of service to the most discerning clients. James draws on both his technical expertise and real-world entrepreneurial experience to deliver proactive, and valuable commercial advice.

James is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Tax Technicians. He holds a degree in Languages & Linguistics from the University of York, and has studied and worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Chicago and Dubai.
